About the role Nexus FrontierTech is looking for 01 Project Manager from Vietnam to work remotely with the global team.

What you'll be doing Receive the client’s requirement from the Product consultant, ensure thorough understanding, and clarify any concerns; Provide timely estimation to deliver the requirements with consideration of the resources availability, efficiency, and company’s direction; Discuss with the Product consultant to navigate clients on the delivery milestones considering budget, human resources, time, quality commitment, and client satisfaction; Supervise and track members’ daily progress to ensure on-track delivery; Proactive troubleshooting and risk sensing throughout the project life cycle; Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution; Responsible for smooth internal & external communication with transparency and in a timely manner; Responsible for project reporting and documentation; Continuously contribute to the growth of the Project Manager team with initiatives and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need Experience

Have at least 3 years of project management experience in I.T (Previous exposure to AI/ML projects is a huge plus); Experience working with global team, Project Management tools and Scrum/Agile methodology; Understanding of software development process and delivery pipeline.

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus (but really, a can-do attitude and a proven track record of success would speak higher volumes); Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project management certificate is also appreciated; Proficient English ability; Excellent international client-facing and internal communication skills with the global team; A self-starter capable of leading stakeholders and team members with a strong sense of ownership; Enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in it.
