Job type [HCM] Data Analyst - Mid/Senior Location HCM Requirements Mission:

Data analysts research and use data to solve problems and to help our clients make better business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain derived databases/data systems Identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using necessary statistical techniques Assist with the creation of regular analytic dashboards using standard tools if necessary Support analytic needs of specific management or governance processes or operational areas Work closely with data science project teams and process stakeholders to understand business and identify information needs Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to the stakeholders Collaborate, support and partner with teams across the enterprise Contribute to more effective data practice, standards, training, and ongoing updates Skills Required:

Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and/or Python Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information Working experience in at least one vertical domain
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio Attention to detail and accuracy Good interpersonal and communication skills to report findings clearly Working experience in healthcare or logistics domain is a big plus
