Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
Perform and coordinate Information Security Reviews throughout the lifecycle of a project. Act as a tandem partner with the senior manager leading the Information Security Reviews. Drive awareness and support to Group IT Security, Group IT, and Business Units IT regarding IT Security Architecture processes. Deliver a consultative service to all stakeholders involved with the Information Security Reviews. Identify and remediate key risks without undue delay to business objectives. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all information security aspects of projects. Ensure technical risks identified during security reviews are reported and tracked for remediation. Initiate and evaluate projects to build and enhance new capabilities related to Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover to technical risks. Align security reviews with Group Information Security and overall IT Strategy needs. Manage allocated resources to deliver security reviews. Collaborate with Cyber Incident Response and Threat Intel teams on evaluating weaknesses or new risks. Provide expertise to Business Units in building local IT Security solutions.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology, information security or a related field 8+ years of experience in IT Security Management, preferably in Financial Services Technical experience in Identify, Protect, Detect, Response, or Recover areas Subject Matter Expert level knowledge in Information Security, secure architecture design, risk assessment, and remediation Certifications or official training on Cloud IAAS, CASB, SIEM solutions, WAF solutions, End Point Protection solutions, Firewall & IPS solutions, NGAV and EDR solutions, Orchestration and Automation, Web, Email, and DNS Protection Sound consulting capability with clear and concise written and verbal communications Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work on high-profile projects with tight timelines Logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities under pressure Excellent English communication skills.
