ABOUT THE TEAM Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life. This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases. WHAT YOU WILL DO Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision and roadmap for hybrid casual games, ensuring alignment with market trends and company and division goals. Research player behaviors, competitor products, and market opportunities to inform the product strategy. Innovate on gameplay features, customization, and stat-based systems to differentiate the product in the market. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and marketers, to achieve project milestones. Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the product team. Game Development & Execution: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of hybrid casual games, from concept through production, optimization, and LiveOps. Partner with game designers to refine engaging gameplay loops and innovative mechanics for hybrid casual audiences. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver features on time and within budget. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze game performance metrics (retention, ARPU, LTV, etc.) to identify opportunities for optimization. Leverage player feedback and analytics to guide product decisions and refine game mechanics or monetization systems. Develop and oversee A/B testing strategies to evaluate and improve feature impact. Monetization & LiveOps: Drive monetization strategies, including ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions and rewards systems tailored for hybrid casual games. Create a robust LiveOps roadmap with seasonal events, updates, and content to sustain engagement and maximize revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams on user acquisition and retention strategies. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry. Proven success in leading and shipping games, particularly in the mobile or hybrid casual genre. Strong understanding of hybrid casual games, including gameplay loops, monetization systems, and player behavior. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in an Agile environment. Proficiency with data analysis tools and a solid understanding of key gaming metrics (DAU, retention, LTV, etc.). Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for gaming and understanding of industry trends. NICE TO HAVE Direct experience working on hybrid casual games or games with strong customization and stat-based systems. Knowledge of tools such as Unity and game analytics platforms (e.g., App Annie, Adjust). Familiarity with LiveOps planning and execution in a hybrid casual context. Experience with designing games that balance casual appeal with deeper engagement mechanics.
