Mô tả công việc Customer experience (CE) - We're here to optimize the ZaloPay experience for our users. From efficient usage to error resolution, our support methodologies bridge the gap between users and Customer Service. Through channels like ZaloPay chat and Help-Center, we provide prompt assistance and guidance. We also enhance the efficiency of Customer Service through design, release management, and powerful searching tools.

Daily activities: Design and implement RESTful APIs Build and deploy performant modern web applications in React, Redux, Webpack, and ES6 Architect efficient and scalable backend systems Write unit, functional and end-to-end tests Write high-quality code (js, Java, Go) that communicates with backend services via HTTP APIs Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues Participate in code and design reviews. Yêu cầu Must-Have: Good Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures. 2+ years of experience in Java, Spring, Springboot and relational database also noSQL database, solid knowledge about web application and protocol methods (http, https, grpc). Possess knowledge on how to setting-up and use a message-queue, Redis. Have experience in frontend and backend system design. Have experience in using git, CI/CD Have working in scrum, agile team. Willing to learn new technologies. Nice-to-Have: Used to work with Go-lang OR ReactJS is a plus Experience in developing and maintaining large scale micro-services Have experience in unit-test writing and familiarize with Java, Springboot unit-test frameworks such as Junit, Mockito Proficient understanding of the HTTP protocol Experience with ES6/ES2015 or ES7/ES2016 Experience with React, Redux Experience with noSQL database such as MongoDB, etc… Be a quick learner Experience with Fraud detection
