Mô tả công việc We are looking for a Data Science Manager who will lead VNGGames' AI Lab team to work on developing advanced machine learning/AI model and supporting key business initiatives with a focus on game users and game performance, platform data such as:

• Machine learning problems: churn prediction, recommendation system, fraud/anomaly detection, user segmentation, user’s LTV, etc.
• Computer visions, GenAI, and NLP application on game publishing and game development process.

Responsibilities: • Manage a team of data scientists and AI engineers (6-7 members) • In charge of developing POC and deploying model into production as well as A/B testing • Analyze and improve existing data sources, models, strategies, and metrics • Design and analyze experiments/POC to pilot, test, and apply new products/solutions • Keep the whole AI Lab team updated with current open source tools and research community as well as state-of-the-art approach • Provide mentorship to a team member • Effective communication with leadership, tech, and business teams Yêu cầu • Master/PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced AI/ML models, including deep learning, recommendation systems • Experience in CV, NLP, and GenAI – application in gaming is a plus • Experience with model development and model deployment into production • Deep understanding and knowledge of Machine/Statistical Learning • Experience with open-source machine learning libraries such as sci-kit-learn, distributed/parallel big data processing architecture (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, MLlib), and deep learning frameworks (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow, Jax) • Experience with Reinforcement Learning is a plus • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional AI/ML teams • Strong leadership, business-minded and communication skills
