Mô tả công việc VNG is currently looking for an Employer Branding Collaborator. As a collaborator, you will create and deliver effective internal communications for VNGGames. You will also produce engaging content and maintain a strong employer presence for VNG on social media platforms.

As part of our high-performing team, the collaborator will have the following responsibilities:

Internal Communication Plan, write, and edit internal announcements, publications, and other related communication materials Support in managing the system of VNGGames' internal communication channels Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of communications Collect best practices from the industry (technology and games) and propose feasible applications to VNG and VNGGames’ context Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the line manager Employer Branding Communication Assist in monitoring the social media ecosystem of VNG, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Develop engaging, creative, and innovative brand content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining a consistent brand image Work with the design team to produce related creative assets Yêu cầu Good English writing and editing skills with a focus on detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Experience or interest in employer branding and organizational culture Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt Proficiency in communication and social media tools
