About the job We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior IT Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT sales, a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and a passion for identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Roles & Responsibilities Identify and acquire new leads, as well as maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, explore new markets, products, and services, and uncover business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. Deliver impactful sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our IT services and solutions. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout. Follow up with clients to address any concerns, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions based on their specific needs. Collaborate with the Technical Solution, Pre-sales team and Delivery team to prepare and customize quotations, proposals, and bid documents that align with client requirements. Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate, well-organized, and reflect the agreed-upon terms. Monitor the progress of proposals and bids, and adjust as needed to increase the likelihood of winning deals. Once a project is secured, work closely with the project and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover, providing them with all relevant details and client expectations. Stay involved in the project life-cycle as needed to maintain client satisfaction and address any arising issues. Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and company. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, IT or related fields. Minimum 03 years of sales experience within the IT industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales. Experience in IT consulting or IT application development is a plus. Experience in global markets, particularly in the APAC region. Willingness to learn and strong desire to achieve high performance in a competitive IT sales environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong presentation and communication skills. A high standard of work quality, with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
