As a Tech Support you will:

Resolve technical issue/errors related to Customer integration. Assist customers with company integration product. Work with mapping team in upgrading integration maps. Track support inquires through the support NetSuite system ensuring the customer issue is resolved. Keep track troubleshooting progress, build/fix on Productions. Attend meetings internally or with customers when needed. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/managers.

Requirements for Success:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal English; Ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely. Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or related field preferred Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help people. Active Listener be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times. Must have a strong attention to detail; Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Efficient able to handle and resolve client issues quickly and accurately. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working Time: 40 hours/Week. Working at least 03 days/week at the nightshift (9:00 PM – 6AM) and 2 days in flexible shifts. Having knowledge about (SQL) and database, XML files, Retail/Logistic Business, FTP/Network protocol, ERP (Netsuite, SAP or Quickbooks) is a big plus.
