Your responsibilities:
The Program Manager will run and operate his/her program: provide overall management and leadership of resources and projects within their program; be responsible for resource strategies, training and development; make drive project solutions that help increase member and customer satisfaction, along with company success.
Job responsibilities include:
Lead overall technology engagements/projects to successful completion, on time, on budget in line with desired outcomes Collaborate and manage the outside partners and vendors. Manage end-to-end accountability for project or program delivery and accountability including quality targets Execute processes for program and project delivery, work allocation, performance management and reporting Maintain visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams ensuring sufficient face-time / touch points with key stakeholders Provide status reports to both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis; using agreed upon format or system Manage project or program financials Mitigate risks and address program/project obstacles as needed Manage customer relationship: maintain and develop client-business relationships; develop creative solutions for existing clients as well as pursue new clientele opportunities Manage of matrix resources who may or may not be within a direct reporting structure Communicate to multiple levels of stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail to the audience Develop, execute, and monitor strategies for program growth
Job requirements:
Language skills: Excellent English in comprehension and communication skills Bachelor degree in IT, Technology or Management At least 5 years working in managing multiple software project teams Have experience in eCommerce, CRM, CMS domain Tracked record in delivering successful projects to international customers Experienced working with Agile/Scrum project development methodology Good understanding of the business approach Risk management Cost & Benefit analysis skills The ability to build up and maintain good relationships/teamwork with Clients, colleagues and other stakeholders; to feel and cope with human issues The ability to adapt to changing situations, be focused on delivery while ensuring quality The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines High sense of responsibility, customer and leadership-orientation.
