ABOUT THE COMPANY
The House of Norway was established in 2007 and is a Norwegian company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We manage around 100 employees across a variety of software development teams for prestigious companies in Norway such as Upheads AS, Onix AS, Wellbarrier AS, and many more.
Our core concept is to set up/manage different software teams for global clients and our managers are therefore highly skilled with many years of experience in both the Norwegian and Vietnamese market.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO WILL
CodeIT shall build a team of frontline soldiers as part of the further expansion in Vietnam and thereafter in surrounding countries (ASEAN). Here is the job for you:
Assist Sales team during site-survey, collecting user requirements, and drafting technical proposals.
Planning, configuring, supporting testing, and deploying software in coordination with the R&D / BTS team.
Be responsible for the quality of deployments and software performance at customer sites.
Be the focal point to provide customer support after commissioning, remote, and ready for on-site works if requested.
Overtime support if necessary.
A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Graduated in IT, Mechatronics, or Automation.
Good command of English and ability to communicate with customers directly via email and conference calls.
Proactive, fast-learner
Ability to work independently.
Root cause analysis, attention to detail.
Willingness to travel.
Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PowerPoint.
Plus Skills:
Experience in working in production facilities, preferably F&B, FMCG.
Experience in working in customer support.
Knowledge of basic PLC programming and I/O devices.
Experience in MS SQL Server and any programming language.
MS. Visio. Ms. Project.
