DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer/Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Java, Front-end technologies (VueJS or NodeJS), and AWS. Additionally, proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level) is required.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Front-end technologies (VueJS or NodeJS). Utilize AWS services to build and deploy scalable applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level). Strong experience with Java. Expertise in Front-end technologies such as VueJS or NodeJS. Hands-on experience with AWS services. Proven experience in a senior development role, with the ability to lead and mentor a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a tech lead role. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
