About the job Objectives
Playable ads offer users a snippet of interactive gameplay. They can give users the true spirit of the game & an immersive, enjoyable ad experience. To succeed in this mission, you will need to offer a nice gaming demo experience for a very large audience. You will be converting existing games (or creating new gameplay) into playable HTML5 games and creating tools to ease basic advertising creation
What you will
Build mini versions of our current games to convert large audiences into passionate users on multiple marketing channels, predominantly Mintegral, Google UAC, AppLovin, and IronSource. Work with the game design team & creative team to collect and analyze requirements for each playable ad. This will involve understanding the game mechanics, the target audience, and the marketing goals. Code the playable ads using C#, HTML5, JavaScript, and other relevant languages. Optimize the code to ensure that the playable ads are as small as possible, while still being effective. Animate and integrate creative assets into the playable ads. Build interactive end card templates that are easy to use and allow creative designers to customize the look and feel of the end cards to match the game. Create many variants of playable ads to test different scenarios and find the best way to convert users.
Qualifications
Professional Experience:

You should have at least 6 months of experience with Unity and be familiar with the Hyper Casual genre, experience with Music Games is a big plus.

You should have experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#. You should be able to use these languages to create playable ads that are both engaging and informative.

You should be able to apply common design patterns for game programming. These patterns include singleton, observer, facade, object pooling, etc. You should be able to use these patterns to create efficient and reusable code.

Experience with Luna Create is a strong plus, but not required. If you do not have experience with Luna Playable, you will be trained.

You should be able to use English to read documents and communicate with Luna for technical support. You should be able to understand the documentation and be able to communicate your problems clearly to Luna Team.
