PHÚC LỢI Bảo hiểm Du Lịch Thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC Deliver assigned projects with expected quality of result, according to stakeholders expectations, with minimal escalations and management help Organize team work and delivery of expected results by team members Plan all aspects of the projects, envision conflicts and resolve them without external help Define Project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Lead communication and progress within project Ensure compliance of project activities to internal regulation as well as other applicable regulation for assigned projects Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank's project management methodology Present status, progress, and result of project to PSC members and vendors. Support PSC to negotiate/control with the vendors to meet the target (Reduce the project cost) or the level of fulfillment other requests from PSC members. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC Bachelor Degree (or above) in IT (preferably), additionally can be in Management / Banking Project Management certification is preferable Proven track record of successfully delivered projects At least 3 years working as Project Manager in IT areas At least 3-5 years working for banking area. Have fluent English (mandatory) Responsible, Proactive and Professional ethic Can organize and control team members and stakeholders without external help Effective in management of stakeholders expectations Analytical and problem-solving skills Negotiation skill Persistence endurance and goal oriented Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts. Working in a pressured and complex environment requiring prioritization of workloads.
