Mô tả công việc Design & deliver Learning and Development Programs to support staff development & learning culture Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide٫ such as coaching٫ online training and so on Build and sustain Coaching & Learning Culture Manage & maximise the E-learning system to support employees’ development Design a People development framework, guideline; implement & review agreed internally-delivered interventions. Drive the LNA process together with HRBPs into the organization to ensure in-depth discussion on employee’s learning and development to deliver business needs Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Design effective new hire induction and training Plan and manage effectively budget of Learning & Development Build up Learning and Development policies and guideline Supervise and develop team members Other tasks as assigned by managers Yêu cầu 4+ year- experience of working as a L&D٫ Training or other relevant position Significant experience with effective learning and development methods Experience in project management and budgeting Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors; Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking Bachelor /Master degree in Business٫ Psychology or other related area;
