Mô tả công việc Negotiate and convince partners to cooperate and integrate with ZaloPay. Serve as the lead point of contact for all account matters. Identify and plan for the growth among existing merchants. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve MC performances via campaigns & initiatives. Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed. Collaborate with Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with ZaloPay. Yêu cầu From 1 years experiences with Key Account roles, candidates who have background of Retail, POS, eCommerce, or Banking will be a plus Actively manage tasks, including: KPI Planning, Marketing Planning and Following up with execution ... Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
