1. Education background (Must have)

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering or information technology Proficiency in English 2. Technical Skills

At least 5+ years of experience in front-end development for web and mobile applications Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript for web development Experience with Swift and Kotlin for mobile application development Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries Knowledge of state management, application architecture, and UI/UX design 3. Management Skills

3+ years of experience in managing a front-end engineering team of 10 or more people, promoting teamwork and company culture Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Project management skills, ensuring timelines and quality of work 4. Personality and Attitude

Dynamic, proactive, and responsible Eagerness to learn and update new technologies Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously III. Working location: 06 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (100% offsite)
