Fulfilling the role of test lead in assigned projects (Estimation, planning, test case review for team members, and more). In the role of a test lead for the team, improving the team's over all quality involves guiding, reviewing test cases, and reviewing test reports,... Developing training courses to enhance the skills of team members involves several key steps. Additional responsibilities when managing requirements. 3. Requirements:
Experienced test lead with 5 years in testing and 2 years in test leadership, proficient in Japanese (N2 level or equivalent). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Capability to Independently Review Test Cases in Japanese for Team Members. Experienced in building project teams and managing testing project teams. Capable of organizing tasks and managing time efficiently, with strong leadership and team supervision skills. Possess in-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and system development. Proficient in testing web applications, desktop applications, native apps, APIs, and batch processes. Proficient in using SQL databases. Preference given to candidates with QA/Tester certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certifications). 4. Benefits:
Salary range: Upto 35 million VND/month. Full salary during the probation period. 13th-month salary bonus according to company regalutions.
