Responsible for overseeing, managing, and taking overall accountability for the assigned project. Build and manage schedule plans to ensure timely and accurate project progress and adherence to plans. Create and manage documentation throughout the entire project development process. Identify, monitor, manage, prevent, and resolve potential project issues. Measure project performance using tools such as Backlog and Jira. Report assigned projects to the General Manager. Guide leaders in planning, anticipating potential project risks, and proposing resolution strategies. Project Management a team size ranging from 15 to 30 individuals. 3. Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in project management with team sizes exceeding 15 members. Mastery of project management methods and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban. Possess skills in negotiation, leadership, and teamwork. Experience in programming in one of the following languages: Javascript, Ruby, Python, Java is a plus Proficient in communication in both written and spoken English or Japanese is a plus. 4. Benefits:
Salary range: 40 - 60Million VNĐ (Gross) Full salary during the probation period. Bonus every 6 months (based on job performance and business results). 13th-month salary bonus according to company regalutions.
