You have excellent relationship-building skills, 3-5 years of experience in attracting and hiring talents in the IT field, you’re technically savvy, and have a good grasp on talent selection techniques? WE NEED YOU ON OUR TEAM!

As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you will join the HR team and be mainly responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from identifying talents in the IT, engaging potential fit, assessing candidates to onboarding new hires. So as to be successful at this role, the TA will establish close partnerships with the hiring managers, which is the foundation for effective testing, interviewing a positive new hire experience. Employer branding and developing a robust candidate pipeline are other cornerstones of this role. By achieving successful placements for the Tech team, the TA plays a significant role in our growing strategy for the future.

Such mission can be hard, especially with a focus on good hiring practices. But that is ok. We aren’t here for ease anyway. We are here for people who want to operate at the next level in their career.

3-5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT field Demonstrated knowledge of various candidate pipeline building techniques Proven experience in implementing recruitment plans and administering hiring process Good articulation in English (both spoken and written) Experience in employer branding and engagement activities is a plus Strong team player but still a self-starter A willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels Well organized and persistent in pursuing goals with the readiness to go the extra mile for your career WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN RETURN!
