HelpAI is designed specifically for online merchants looking to scale their businesses more efficiently and profitably. Going beyond a typical chatbot, HelpAI empowers e-commerce businesses by providing intelligent shopping assistants that engage with customers throughout the entire shopping journey from pre-sales to post-sales ultimately driving higher sales.
Merchants can launch multiple HelpAI chatbots to boost conversion rates, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline their customer service operations.

As a Fullstack Developer at ShopBase, you'll be at the cutting edge of technology, shaping the future of generative AI in customer service. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative back-end and front-end solutions that will revolutionize the industry.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with our visionary founders to define and implement groundbreaking features. Build cutting-edge products leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks like React, Django, and LLMs. Innovate solutions by anticipating potential challenges, modeling scenarios, and developing robust fixes. Drive the end-to-end implementation of LLM integrations within our products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred). 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency with React, Django (or equivalent), and modern front-end technologies. Strong experience in developing scalable web applications and backend APIs. Expertise in test-driven development and familiarity with testing frameworks. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus Qualifications A deep passion for AI and its applications in generative technologies. Experience with full-stack development across multiple platforms. Previous experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
