Responsibilities Lead, strategize, and optimize the company's training functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a continuous learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement an L&D strategy in line with the company's objectives. Lead the L&D team and oversee training initiatives. Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate, design, and develop high-quality training content that addresses identified needs. Program Management: Oversee the roll-out of training programs, ensuring timely delivery, effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. Learning Technology: Evaluate and implement modern learning methodologies and technologies, enhancing training delivery and uptake. Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness. Analyze feedback and continuously improve training initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. Budget Management: Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource allocation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in L&D, with proven leadership roles. Expertise in adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
