What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Back-end Lead Advanced Back-end languages such as Java, PHP, Node,...with various frameworks and business domains Solid experience in APIs, databases, caching, message queues, and serverless computing Experienced with Scrum or Agile methodology Experienced with Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud... Excellent leadership ability, interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance Passionate about communicating with people and willing to help Familiar with Outsourcing & Offshoring environments will be a BIG plus Where we are going to Lead and manage a team of back-end developers, identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and system dependencies to optimize performance and scalability Architect, design, and develop back-end systems and infrastructure for software applications, ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability Implement and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality code and efficient development workflows Update with industry trends and emerge technologies in back-end development, and recommend suitable technologies and tools for improving the team's productivity and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Managers, Designers, and Engineers, to define project requirements and deliver scalable back-end solutions Contribute to hiring processes & standards, participate in hiring for team member selection What you can expect The mixture of working culture: flexible working, move fast and break things of US and samurai spirit of Japan Extremely data-driven and process-guided in every company’s activity Open, direct, collaborative, and no-politics working environment Dealing with many challenging problems to build and scale GROW at the fastest pace possible Competitive compensation package Participate in team building activities, gifts on Tet holidays...
