What we are looking for At least 1 year of experience in project management or related experience is preferred Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members, cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proven ability to manage project schedules effectively Demonstrated a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and attention to detail Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Office Experience in project management within the European-American markets or Game Development industry is a plus Project management certification in PMP, PgMP, or similar will be advantageous Where we are going to Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed according to established roadmaps Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and fostering effective communication Collaborate with the Business Department for quoting, ideation, and planning for future projects Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, addressing challenges with a sense of urgency and delivering solutions promptly Generate reports and documents to maintain visibility on key aspects of the project Collaborate with team members to remove blockers during project execution Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, demonstrating a commitment to quality Collaborate on a project spanning platforms such as Steam, Epic Games, and PS5 What you can expect Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team Career growth and development opportunities A collaborative and innovative work environment Happy Hours, Team buildings
