Job Description Cadena is looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our team to evolve our HRIS products. You will be given the training and support required to improve as a software developer. Day-to-day you will:  Develop solutions from a system specification according to our agreed development standards.  Perform unit testing and troubleshoot applications built on ASP.NET, .NET, C#, JavaScript technologies and SQL Server.  Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM and TDD.  Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates.  Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.  Collaborate with a cross-functional team including QA and Customer Support. Your Profile You are an experienced .NET Developer and you likely have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.  Experience with C# development using technologies including .NET, WinForms, WPF, XAML, along with a broad knowledge of design patterns.  Strong knowledge of .NET Web stack (ASP.NET MVC) architecture and development as well as knowledge of web services such as SOAP and REST (WebAPI).  Good grasp of JavaScript, HTML, Web Responsive Design and CSS.  Familiarity with SQL database.
