Responsibilities Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Process and enter/ update customers’ data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents Apply data program techniques and procedures Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations Ensure utmost accuracy on all tasks assigned Comply with data integrity and security policies Requirements Basic understanding of accounting Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, having serious regard for confidentiality, and ability to meet a strict deadline Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Intermediate level of proficiency in English (especially in reading & writing) is preferred Good command of computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office 365) Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk Experience in payroll or accounting is an advantage Define yourself at Bestarion with attractive benefits Attractive compensation & benefits; 13th month salary bonus and yearly performance bonus; 12 paid days off per year; Premium health care insurance; Great allowances (lunch, birthday, happy hours….); Salary review at least one time per year based on employee’s performance and contribution; Outing/team-building activities (company trip , soccer sport..); Other benefits as per stated in Vietnamese Labor Law; Work with experienced & strong team; Friendly, dynamic & flexible working environments.
