Rất may mắn là gần đây công ty đã nhận ra thiếu sót và khắc phục
Weaknesses
Điểm duy nhất chưa hài lòng là các chế độ phúc lợi của công ty chưa tốt, ví dụ như trước năm 2020 thay vì để nhân viên tự đi khám sk hàng năm, công ty nên tổ chức khám sk định kỳ. tuy nhiên so với mặt bằng chung thì công ty còn cần cải thiện hơn nữa các phúc lợi cho nhân viên.
