Mình chưa hài lòng về lương, thưởng cũng như các chế độ phúc lợi của công ty. Lương khá thấp cho vị trí cần sử dụng nhiều tools so với các phòng ban khác chưa tính thời gian OT. Và vì lương quá thấp nên khi thưởng theo % thì cũng không đáng kể.
