Lương nên được minh bạch khi chuyển vị trí. Performance review thì lương nên tăng sau khi qua năm mới, để tới tháng 3 mới tăng thì quá vô lý. Khi khách hàng muốn tăng lương cho mình nhưng công ty không cho phép làm nhân viên cảm thấy không được tôn trọng.
