Lương cho fresher cao so với mặt bằng chung, dù fresher tuyển vào có thể chưa có chút nào kinh nghiệm hay kiến thức mà hoàn toàn training từ đầu.
Weaknesses
Tăng lương không hợp lý nên không giữ được nhân sự chủ chốt. Ngược lại với fresher thì senior vào đây deal lương thấp so với mặt bằng.

Chế độ tăng lương không quá cao, nhưng với member fresher, intern thì khá tốt
Weaknesses
tuy nhiên với tầng tealead chế độ không phù hợp, thường OT dài hạn liên tục mà ko được nhận hỗ trợ, phí hỗ trợ chức vụ thấp, không phù hợp với yêu cầu của dự án.

Cần cải thiệt lương thưởng, thưởng KPI quá thấp. Cần xem xét lại mức tăng lương mỗi kì, hiện tại quá thấp. Cần nâng cao phúc lợi. Cần tổ chức các buổi ăn trưa kết nối các thành viên trong team hay giữa các team với nhau.
