Strengths
Team mình đang làm thì có tiền incentive mỗi tháng, và công ty cũng có chính sách về performance bonus cuối năm
Weaknesses
nhưng hiện tại mình thấy base lương ở công ty khá thấp so với thị trường, mình nghĩ 1 phần do công ty khá tập trung cho việc branding nên budget về lương có vẻ bị giảm. Mình nghĩ công ty cần xem xét về vấn đề này.
