Các chế độ phúc lợi khác thì tạm được. Môi trường làm việc khá thoải mái

lương lúc đầu vào hơi thấp, sau 1 năm làm cũng không tăng lương. Khối lượng công việc có lúc rất bận, có lúc thì nhàn quá. Phân bổ không đồng đều. Môi trường làm việc khá thoải mái đôi lúc có những mâu thuẫn, toxic lẫn nhau mà mình thấy ở đâu cũng vậy
