Lương thưởng của cty so với thị trường thì chỉ ở mức trung bình. Công ty vẫn đóng full BHXH và có các khoảng trợ cấp (300-500k) theo thâm niên. 1 năm có 2 lần thưởng, 1 lần tháng 13 và 1 lần thưởng theo kết quả cty(thường vào tháng 3-4).
