Strengths

Phúc lợi bình thường, cũng ổn, khám sức khỏe hàng năm, nhân viên được 15 ngày nghỉ phép. Chơi thể thao, đá banh mỗi tuần. Đồ ăn vặt đa dạng và khá đầy đủ (sữa, snack, xúc xích, mì,...). Company trip mỗi năm nhưng chủ yếu đi tham quan trong nước. Giai đoạn kinh tế khó khăn nhìn chung như vậy là cảm thấy hài lòng rồi.

Weaknesses

Lương thưởng ở mức trung bình khá so với mặt bằng chung, cần cải thiện thêm về lương thưởng.
