Lương thưởng khi công ty đi lên thì tốt, tăng lương đúng theo năng lực và cống hiến.
Weaknesses
Tuy nhiên có thể cải thiện việc dét lương định kỳ hơn. Ngoài ra thì tuỳ thuộc quá nhiều vào performance tổng, và khi người khác làm tệ thì việc xét lương thưởng cho bạn cũng ảnh hưởng rất nhiều dù bạn làm tốt.

Đề xuất: quá trình review đánh giá cuối năm diễn ra khá lâu và kéo dài tới tháng 3 năm sau nên không có khoản bonus trước tết cho nhân viên.
