Với mức lương vừa ra trường như tôi thì mặt bằng chung tôi thấy nó ở mức hợp lí Thưởng hay các chế độ phúc lợi cũng có vẻ same same với những doanh nghiệp cùng phân khúc trong Hà Nội (ngoài HN như TP Hồ Chí Minh, Đà Nẵng chưa có dịp được tham khảo nên không thể đánh giá được)
