What's important to us

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of work experience, working with different methodologies and architectures Experience with Typescript is a must, and some knowledge of Java is a plus. Hands-on experience with full-stack JavaScript frameworks, e.g. MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) or Next.js (or variations like Angular or Nest.js) Experience with building and deploying your solutions, for example in cloud environments like Azure, AWS Strong understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies Communication skills that allow you to coordinate between business and technical stakeholders Openness and proactiveness allowing you to respond to changes with agility, while learning in the process
