We are looking for AI Engineers who will support our research efforts, explore AI technology and finding solution for integration AI into Software Development Life Circle and Banking Product. As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new technologies, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies, as well as experience in software development and engineering.

Job Responsibilities Research, design, implement, and test AI models and technology that support Engineering and Business needs. Work with the Technical Lead and R&D team to develop a deep understanding of the Engineering and Business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Data/ML, and Platform teams, to identify opportunities for AI in Engineering and Business. Develop AI solutions and technology that support the Engineering and Business goals of the organization, including: AI for Engineering (e.g code generation, bug detection and correction, code review, code optimization, test case generation, bug detection, test data generation, and security testing…) Develop PoCs and prototypes to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions & new technology. Continuously improve the performance and scalability of AI models. Analyze and interpret data to gain insights and inform technology development. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies and apply them to Engineering and Business needs. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Knowleange/Experience on LLM Framework (e.g Langchain) and LLM Model (e.g OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face..), and Vector Store. Experience in Python, other languages commonly used in AI and software development. Experience on develop/integration AI/ML solution for end-to-end system (MLOps) Strong experience on distributed systems and Cloud Computing as AWS, Google Cloud Product mindsets, Data driven mindsets and Automation mindsets Experience in SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus. Experience in data processing/analysis tools (tableau, quicksight, databricks, power pi …) is a plus.
