We are driving our business forward in a fast-paced environment and looking for a Senior UI UX Designer who thrives on challenges to join our young, dynamic and creative Product team.

The role:

Reporting to CPO

Main responsibilities:

We’re looking for highly motivated Senior UX UI designers to join our talented product design team. You will work on and build various products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.

• Work closely with product owners to design wireframes translating from technical language to end-user one

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and fellow UX designers to align expectations from various stakeholders.

• Ensure a clear understanding of stakeholders' expectations for the product and effectively communicate the value proposition to end users through well-defined user flows

• Create user flows, prototypes, high fidelity mock-ups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications for Mobile App and Website

• Review, and analyze data-driven insights and user research when experiencing the product to offer the optimal solutions for product improvement

• Create pixel-perfect specs and design documents based on product requirements

• Work closely with engineers to ensure that creative styles: animation and flows are compatible with technical limitations

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of professional UI UX design with web/mobile app focus

• A portfolio with visually appealing, and well-explained UX UI interactions

• Proficient in analyzing user goals and business goals to develop effective UX solutions

• Experience in delivering designs that have increased conversions and other website KPI's

• Familiar with Figma & either of Adobe CS products: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, e.t.c

• Experience in reviewing design and functional implementations

• Work with either of the tools for user tracking: Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, e.t.c.

• Proficient in English
