Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Process Improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical and observational abilities. A background in Quality Control (QC) in any field is highly valued as it will be instrumental in ensuring our process improvements are rooted in actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

• Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization;

• Collaborate with internal IT Functions to map and redesign workflows for improved efficiency and performance;

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations;

• Utilize data and analytics to recommend and validate process changes;

• Use data to guide decision-making, tracking the effectiveness of process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control related field or Technology;

• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Process Improvement, or related roles;

• Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive recommendations and solutions;

• Familiar with process improvement methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma);

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• ITIL certification;

• Lean Six Sigma certification;

• Experience in a process-focused or technology working environment.
