WHAT WE DO:
Take charge, manage, and take overall responsibility for the entire project in terms of work models, resources, progress, etc Ensure that project implementation aligns with the client’s plan Participate in organizational and human resource development activities Manage operational activities within the project Participate in building processes and ensure the quality of operations within the unit WHO YOU ARE:
Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, having managed projects with a scale of 10-15 or more members Experience working with Agile/Scrum models Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration Knowledge Requirements
Fundamental knowledge of software development and experience in engineer or business analyst role. Skill Requirements
