About the job Responsibilities

◦ Manage and participate directly in the technical issues of the project.

◦ Analyze requirements, make options and develop technical solutions for the project.

◦ Anticipate, manage, and address technical risks, dependencies, and fear issues that could impact Team projects.

◦ Work closely with PM to monitor project status, risks and action plans.

◦ Review source code, guide, train technical skills and solve technical problems for Team members.

Qualifications

◦ At least 3+ years of software development experience

◦ Advanced proficiency in Java programming language

◦ Understanding of databases and their optimization

◦ Experience with server◦ side frameworks (SpringBoot, Spring Security)

◦ Familiarity with API development

◦ Understanding of project management methodologies

◦ Strategic technical planning and execution skills

◦ Knowledge of Frontend (Vuejs/Angular/ReactJS...)

◦ Advanced problem◦ solving and decision ◦ making abilities.

◦ Knowledge of agile development practices.
