Introduction We are looking for a Product Engineering Director with expertise on the Oil & Gas domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product engineering roadmap, aligning product development with market needs, and overseeing the execution of product strategies to cement our position as industry innovators.

What you will do Steer the strategic direction and development of the Digital Twin technology product line, focusing on aligning features with client requirements and market trends. Collaborate with Technical Architects to review and sanction the technical roadmap, ensuring it supports the product strategy effectively. Manage the engineering team’s day-to-day activities, fostering an agile environment that emphasizes quality, innovation, and timely delivery. Oversee the project management operations, ensuring project timelines are adhered to and deliverables meet the planned outcomes. Leverage extensive industry knowledge to inform strategic decision-making, product innovation, and to enhance client engagement and market positioning. Maintain hands-on involvement with the technical nuances of the product, particularly within piping and spooling disciplines, to ensure technical accuracy and relevance. What you should have Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, or alternatively, experience in Industrial Engineering or a similar field, with significant exposure to product development and digital solutions. Expertise in the development and implementation of Digital Twin technologies, with a track record of successful product launches. Strong project management skills, with experience leading agile development teams to meet critical milestones. Preference for candidates holding Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications. Exceptional leadership abilities with the skill to drive technical and product strategy execution. Strategic mindset with an understanding of how to marry technology with business goals for commercial success. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
