What you will do We are looking for Software Engineer to contribute to our internal tooling used for marketing and product. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our robust attribution platform and will be instrumental in ensuring accurate measurement and optimization of our marketing campaigns. Attribution Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain our attribution platform to accurately analyze user journeys and attribute conversions across various channels (such as Facebook, Google, Apple, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and data scientist fellows to optimize attribution models and provide actionable insights. Out-App Tracking: Develop and maintain custom tracking events and parameters to capture relevant data for analysis. Analyze out-app tracking data to identify trends, optimize user journeys, and improve marketing effectiveness. GIS Integration: Integrate Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data with our attribution platform to analyze location-based marketing campaigns and user behavior. Develop geospatial analytics capabilities to identify high-performing regions and target audiences. User Profile Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our user profile database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Implement data enrichment strategies to enhance user profiles and improve targeting capabilities. What you will need The must-have A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology or a related field. At least 4 years of industry experience in software engineering. Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns. Code Quality: Focus on code quality and best practices, and ability to ensure code quality in the work. Code Review: Ability to review code, identify bugs, and provide feedback to ensure code quality standards are met. Strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures. Familiarity with running large-scale microservices and high-performance services. Strong communication skills and collaboration skills. The nice-to-have: Experience with gRPC. Tech Stack: Kotlin/Java, Redis, HBase, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and BigQuery Experience with GCP and complex codebases.
