What you will do Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates for Bank Partnership initiatives; Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria; Build strong relationships by understanding our partners’ business, responding promptly to partner requests/ inquiries and supporting their priorities to achieve merchants’ growth in new and existing sectors; Identify and allocate the necessary resources, both human and financial, to ensure successful project execution; Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies; Lead project teams through the execution phase, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards; Maintain clear and effective communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status; Implement and maintain project management best practices to ensure the highest level of project quality and efficiency; Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in project execution; Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations; Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the Bank Partnerships Team; Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and consistently focus on delivering solutions that are engaging and highly adopted by customers. What you will need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus; Proven experience as a Project Manager in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of banking and partnership dynamics; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in project management tools and software; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams; Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to lead groups and be decisive.
