Job Description Team and Role Introduction: IT Manager Job Overview: We are hiring IT Manager who is passionate to enhance the development of the strategic roadmap aligning with overall enterprise direction, and want to make a positive impact on the team. Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day operations, project activities and resources.

Managing and reporting on the allocation of IT budget.

Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.

Improve the operational systems and process flows to optimize the customer experience.

Planning and maintaining IT solutions for accurate service efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop, review and implement IT policies and systems that will support the business while ensure compliance with the local laws.

Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing and deployment.

Work closely with project coordinators and engineers to ensure smooth running of projects through the life cycle.

Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverable.

Ability to manage high level support of overall IT endpoints and communications hardware for the entire VN entities. Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-
Working experience in IT Projects and management.

Professional experience in leading, implementing and supporting on variety of applications, system (Windows/MacOS) and networking technologies.

Professional experience in servicing and supporting medium business networks and/or products.

Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management concepts and experience managing ITIL processes.

Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from both IT and business, to investigate underlining issues of operational problems and seek effective
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Certification in ITILv4 and PMP is an advantage.
- Professional experience in supporting VC infrastructure during town hall and major events are preferred
