About the job I. About the role

The Senior Fullstack Developer will be working closely and providing consulting and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team. The right person works closely with the Business Development department and Group of Manager to successfully present the company’s solutions to the market. He/She proposes and designs the solutions and provides project(s)-related business, technical, or operational pre-sales support worldwide.

1. Pre-sale and Build Case Study (80%)

Working close with the Sales & Marketing team for presale activities. You will be leading research and development into new technologies and capabilities. You will be a core team member of R&D effort responsible for new solutions, feature innovation, proof-of-concept, design, and specification development. You will advise leadership on development feasibility & timeline.

2. Internal Tool Development (20%)

You will develop & package scalable libraries, frameworks, systems that could be integrated into all of internal platforms. You will develop rapid prototypes for other teams to review and understand issues & risks during our discovery/implementation/UAT phase. You will work on discovering and identifying inefficiencies and scalability issues in technical projects; you’ll then get to design effective solutions to resolve them. You will document designs, specifications, flows, etc. and present such findings to both leadership and technical teams so everyone can fully understand each capability’s nuts & bolts.

II. Role Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, proficient in at least one popular Front-end and Back-end programming language with a strong focus on solution design and technology innovation. Proven ability to research, prototype, and develop new technologies, including feature innovation and proof-of-concept development. Expertise in developing scalable libraries, frameworks, and systems integrated across platforms. Good programming skills in modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript). Solid understanding of software architecture principles and experience in solving scalability and efficiency challenges. Familiarity with tools and processes for rapid prototyping and iterative design.

Skilled in preparing and presenting technical documentation and timelines. Able to advise leadership on feasibility and risks. Passionate about R&D and exploring emerging technologies. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Strong team player, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
