I. About the Role
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work closely and provide consulting and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team. You will partner closely with the Business Development department and Group of Managers effectively to successfully present the company’s solutions to the market. Your expertise will drive the design and proposal of innovative solutions while providing project-related business, technical, or operational pre-sales support worldwide.
II. Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales and Solution Design (80%) Collaborate seamlessly with the Sales & Marketing team to drive pre-sales activities and strategies. Lead research and development initiatives to explore and integrate new technologies and capabilities. Act as a core member of the R&D team, spearheading the development of new solutions, innovative features, proof-of-concepts, and detailed design specifications. Provide expert advice to leadership on development feasibility, timelines, and resource allocation. Internal Tool Development (20%) Develop and package scalable libraries, frameworks, and systems for seamless integration across internal platforms. Create and iterate on rapid prototypes to facilitate review and address issues during discovery, implementation, and UAT phases. Identify and resolve inefficiencies and scalability challenges in technical projects, designing effective solutions to enhance performance. Document and present design specifications, workflows, and findings to leadership and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. III. Job Qualifications
Proven experience researching and staying ahead of technology trends. Ability to craft compelling pre-sales proposals that convert into successful sales. Experience in consulting on business, technical, or operational pre-sales activities with international clients. 5+ years of experience in JavaScript technologies, including frontend frameworks (ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS) and/or backend technologies (NodeJS, Angular). Demonstrated success in designing, building, scaling, and managing high-performance APIs. Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with both relational and non-relational database systems. Passion for exploring new technologies and implementing industry best practices to improve processes. Ability in optimizing code and architecture. Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with complex challenges. Strong team player with a knack for wearing multiple hats. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong and effective communication skills with a good understanding of cultural sensitivity. Nice to Have:
Familiarity with popular open-source frameworks. Experience in building complex, scalable, high-performance services and systems. Background in developing native Android and iOS applications. Hands-on experience with multi-threading, caching, multi-platform synchronization, and microservices.
