Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Team Management: Lead and manage an internal business application team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity. Digital Transformation: Play a key role in the digital transformation roadmap and implement it. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the IT budget, allocating resources effectively to support business needs and priorities. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements, and provide effective solutions and support. Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation to improve business processes and efficiency. IT Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain IT governance processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO27001 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the IT department, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Report to IT Director. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT Management Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on project management, team leadership, operation, and strategic planning. Proven experience in IT applications, infrastructure, systems, and cloud computing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
