JOB DESCRIPTION About The Role We are welcoming an accomplished Lead Java Developer to CIS-P Team in Ho Chi Minh City to elevate our capabilities and drive innovation in our mission to provide enterprise CRM solutions to the utilities sector with key customers in Australia, the USA and Japan.

About You As a proactive leader with formal mentoring experience, you bring strong technical skills and a proven Java software delivery track record.

Your exceptional communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese set you apart. We value leaders who are confident in their convictions yet open to diverse viewpoints.

You possess deep Java knowledge, including key frameworks like REST, Spring, Hibernate, and Java messaging, and you're comfortable tackling legacy back-end systems when needed.

You may experience in Agile teams and a background in Billing or CRM and be familiar with ISO-certified and secure software development practices.
